In the summer of 2009 XLAB organizes the International Science Camps in the seventh year of uninterrupted succession.
Petnica International Science School (PI 2008)

PI 2008 is a summer program devoted to out-of-school science education.
The focus of the program will be on critical and creative thinking and
approaches in science and scientific research. Our goal is to gather
gifted, inquisitive, open-minded students motivated for scientific
research, and to give them a short but intensive course on systematical
problem solving.

Summer School of Science, Visnjan 2007

Summer School of Science is a science workshop held at Visnjan Observatory for high school students interested in natural sciences: biology, chemistry & physics. School is organized around projects whose aim is to provide students with hands-on experience with science and scientific method in an informal atmosphere. Projects are lead by young scientists and/or university students. Beside work on projects, all participants attend lectures covering topics of general interest. Both project leaders and lecturers work or study at places of scientific excellence in Croatia and abroad.
The international S3++ is for grades 11 and 12, held in English and open for international applicants:

International Summer Science Institute

Each summer since 1969 approximately 75 highly talented high school
graduates from all over the world gather together to spend a month at
the Weizmann Institute. The first three weeks are devoted to actual
research in active research laboratories and teams. The work combines
the exploration of problems in the field of biology, chemistry,
physics, mathematical and computer sciences.
